Caregiver quick-start
Everything on this page takes under a minute on a phone, tablet, or computer. Print it or keep it open on the unit tablet.
1Sign in
Open the link in your invitation email, set your password, then sign in at Sign in with the same email. If you are idle for 15 minutes you are signed out automatically — just sign back in.
2Pick your resident
The caregiver console lists only the residents you are assigned to. If someone is missing, ask an administrator to assign them to you. Use the facility filter at the top when you work across more than one building.
3Post the daily check-in
- Tap Daily check-in.
- Choose a mood: Good, Okay, or Difficult day.
- Mark how much was eaten at each meal.
- Tick the activities and personal care completed.
- Add one short, warm sentence about their day.
- Attach a photo if the family has consented.
- Tap post — the family sees it right away.
4Log medications, vitals and incidents
- Medications: mark each scheduled dose given, refused, or held, with a note.
- Vitals: record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen, or weight.
- Incidents: record falls or behavioral events with what happened, action taken, and whether family was notified.
5Read the resident profile before a hard moment
Families fill in life story, comfort items, calming strategies, behavior triggers, and the wandering plan. Open the profile first when someone is agitated — it usually has the fastest way to settle them.
6Reply to families
Notes from family appear on the resident timeline. Tap Reply to answer. Use the private chat for back-and-forth conversation. Keep replies factual and kind; never share information about another resident.
7Privacy rules
- Never photograph another resident in the background.
- Never use a personal device to store or forward photos.
- Never share your login. Every action is logged with your name.
- Report anything that looks like a privacy breach to the administrator immediately.
